Facade Improvement Loan

The City of Macon Economic and Community Development Department is committed to the revitalization of its blighted urban areas. The Façade Improvement Program (FIP) mission is to provide needed gap financial assistance to stimulate rehabilitation of blighted commercial buildings located in the Central Business District (CBD) of Macon. In addition to improving the appearance of blighted buildings, the Program promotes economic development by stimulating private investment and job creation.
