Committee examines a particular problem or issue and makes recommendations on matters relating to: City Attorney; Clerk of Council;
The President may, at his discretion, assign a resolution, ordinance or other matter requiring committee action to the Ordinance and Resolutions Committee when, in his/her opinion, it would be most appropriate. On such matters, it shall function as a standing committee.
